How much do bus boys make at red lobster?

I'm a busser, female, but busser nevertheless. We make min. wage...$7.15 an hour. We don't get tips, unless we work hard and the waitresses are nice enough to. I get more tips than the guys I work with because I work harder.

to tell u the truth i think that a bus boy only earns about 20 dollars every two hrs.......................////////////I work at hooters an I am busboy an i get paid 8h. for tips i only make like $18 a day some times $8 an im talking about really packed day's to. I hate working here. an i talked to them about getting a raise an they said that busboys don't get Raises.... so yeah to work here sucks, i would never recommend it to any one. I work at the Hooters in West Covina, In California

$3/hr plus tips. tips = 10% of waitstaff tips serviced by busboy. If he services 3 sections/waiters and each makes $120 for the shift, then the busboy makes 3 x $12 plus hourly rate for the shift. avg. shift is 6 hours -> approx. $9/hr.
