They pay 9 bucks an hour. Most give you a 10 cent raise after a month or so. And progressively work you to 10 bucks an hour. But inventory head makes 10 bucks from the go, so volunteer to put the tires away and learn that. From inventory head, try to go assistant manager in 6-9 months. Anything longer, and your DTC isn't concerned with your advancement.... to make store manager. It takes about 2 years.
