Hair cuttery doesnt spend more than 25k inside. You do the math, they dont have expensive designs. They just have a big space to the right with hair products and at the end a room for storage and a wash and dry machines. And a thousand dollars worth of lights.
remember most people that work for other will keep working for other all their lives, they need a check from someone. Make a change and do the checks for others. Most people are scared of losing ( if you open a business and close you can open another one with what you learn. If you open it and succeed the rest is history)
with hundreds of thousands I would open a Mcdonalds and make hundreds of thousands a year.
