*usually* the hourly pay of a supervisor is $1 more than the highest paid employee in the dept. so as of right now, in union buildings in the northeast, the most senior top-paid cashier makes $20.50 an hour (plus bi-annual bonuses), and the supervisors make $21.50 an hour (plus bi-annual bonuses, if applicable).

Yes they do 2000/ 2500 twice a year on top of making 31.75 hourly!

Actually, no they don't necessarily. Depending on where you work (i.e. union/non-union warehouses) supervisors make only $1 more than your topped out employee. Also, if one earns a supervisor position before he/she is available for bonuses (i.e. x hours or 5-6 years), even then they do not get bonuses. there are more bonuses earned by employees than there are supervisors!

20.75 per/hr. And time in a half on Sunday which is 30.75 really good money for no degree!!!!!!!
