I just started in a low life ready mix company and am making 18 bucks start , where as my father in law works in a bigger and well know company and they start at $22.50 n hour and your go to the top rate within 3 yrs of being there which is 26 n change and then you just get your cost of living basically after that. The key thing is BIGGER COMPANIES AND UNIONIZED COMPANIES PAY MORE THAN THE LITTLE ONES.
