Depends what you had done and how your service was. Usually it's $5-$17. Again, it depends what you had done...color, cut, style, highlights, etc. Hope this helps! :)
At least 15%, or 20% in the stylist does a good job and you can afford a larger tip.
It generally on average cost $10 to $20 for a simple hair cut at a near by barbers. A tip is customary after a har cut though and is typically about a $1.
I would it the end. Because, When you get your hair cut you have split ends.
It would not be customary to tip the salon owner, or any other stylist, unless he personally cut your hair.
How much was a hair cut in 1920?

a tip of your hair
a tip of your hair
Hair starts greying from the end tip gradually goes down into the root. I have black hair and have observed this. I can not explain how this happens, but once the greying from the tip reaches the root, it becomes irreversibly grey, even when you cut the hair it grows out grey.

A minimum of at least 20% on a hair color service is much appreciated.
