Best Answer

Sears pay there hourly associates $7.25. Cashiers can make more based on commission of opening new credit card accounts. Once a credit is approved they can make up to $4.00 commission, which is added to their hourly salary. This also is true if credit is denied.

Pending on which type of employee you are referring to, it varies. While I cannot vouch for management, part-time employees working with merchandising and stock are hourly and paid minimum wage with little or no raises to experience(excluding promotions to lead position's). Sales associates earn commission + draw pay(something like 2.75/hr, which then they fade from their paycheck), however sales associates in certain departments earn commission + base pay of $6/hr.

Management gets a very competitive salary

$6.00/hour + commission.

Depending on which department you work in...Most commission rates are crap! Unless you work in a big store with a lot of customers, you'll make good money.
