I own a business and it depends on the business owner. Their is per person hour charge and a flat cleaning charge. If you figure that the company is paying the person 10.00 an hour with workman's comp and unemployment , transportion to site added to the business owners overhead. In this case, I would say that it would have to be 40 x 8. Usally after the company clean your house for a few times they will be able give you a flat charge. If it is 40 x 4 then take it.

It depends on how much you spend on the equipments. And how much for your labor. The answer is difference from each case. Some jobs, people charge by hours and some jobs, people charge by the work done. And how big is the yard that you are working on? If the yard is big you can charge more for your labor, and if the yard is small you can charge less. Also you can ask around for the professionals mow the lawn, to get some ideas.

Well it depends on somethings. For example did you work on it alone or did you get help. The normal price is around $25-30 per hour. If you had 2 people working (that including yourself) it should be $25-30 per hour per person. How if you say you worked 4 hours 30 minutes, then you should charge about $112. If you worked with another person I say about $225. I have been cleaning and mowing yards for about 3 years now and I would charge much more than that. That's just me although, but i think somewhere around $100-115 would be fair. This does ofcourse include mowing, raking leaves, and cutting out weeds. General stuff.
