I was hired in a $15 an hour two years ago, through regular union progression raises, working 2nd shift and becoming a team leader, I'm at just under $22 an hour. Of course overtime is where it's at, you make the obvious money but you also earn extra vacation time the more OT you work. You can't get me out of that place on weekends! :)
