Consider the patient, the life you can help save, the conversations you will share with nervous, sick people, and the hope that you offer others that by doing your best.... good things will happen. And most importantly do it for the smile on your face at the end of the day.

However, in a rural area you will work more hours (three 24 hour shifts rural, vs four 11 hour shifts in the city) so you get the same annual wage no matter where you work
