It is hard to say what a collector would pay. Place it in an online auction and find out. You can always put a reserve on it (minimum amount you would accept). It's unlikely to be much though as USPCC sells misprinted decks of Bicycle playing cards known as "Seconds".
The easy answer would be that it's the same as its weight, which could be something between 9-13 kg.
Playing card holders can be found on Amazon for for as low as $3.99 and they come in a variety of colors. An automatic deck shuffler, which would be a nice addition for card holders, can be purchased for as much as around $20.00.
