I'm a garbage collector in Las Vegas, our base salary is 56700 a year but all the overtime we get we end up making 70000 a year we work very very hard picking up those heavy ass cans people think it is an easy job but the turnaround is 3 people make it out of 10 and yes 70 percent of us are not that smart and there are 30 percent who actually went to college and have degrees but working as a garbage men because simply it pays more and have good benefits and no the smell and the garbage doe not bother us all we see is money. So, if you guys have a lot of trash just take care of us and we will take care of you.
