This is a very wide and general question. small limited service branded (marriott, hilton, etc...) properties will pay 40K - 70K. Midsize (200 - 400 rooms)upscale properties will pay 125K - 150K. Large box properties (500 - 1500 rooms) will pay well over 200K. I have been in the industry 12 years, and currently make close to 150K @ a 4 diamond major branded hotel.
