You can build most anything with them, a builder of homes, bridges, decks, boats, or of anything using wood uses lumber, you would have to down-size using the popsicle sticks, you only have to see how they did it with lumber and do the same with your down-sized sticks, and you end up with a miniature variation of said structure.

Well, If fill a small cup with juice, and stick a popsicle stick, or a fork inside, and put it in the freezer, and wait 3 or 4 hours+, it will be frozen, and you can pull the Popsicle out and eat it by the fork:)
