What a pawn shop will pay for a PS2 (or just about anything) depends on their target profit margins, their business expenses, the time it will take to resell the item, and their current inventory levels of that item. Some shops have fixed rates for popular items, like a PS2. Some won't want them at all and will pass because of their low value. Give a local shop a call and ask them.
Many pawn shops sell on eBay. Here's what I would do for pricing out a PS2.
First go to eBay and find the exact model of your PS2 and look at the recently sold listings.
Those listings are all of the PS2s, but let's assume you're selling the Launch Edition PS2, which is selling between $30-$40 with shipping.
Worst case scenario, I'd sell the PS2 for $30. My shipping cost would be about $8, would cost about $5 in labor for cleaning it, photographing it, and listing it to eBay.
So head on over to a Final Fee Calc to calculate fees. For shipping cost, I will also add in the $5 of labor. The calculator shows that I would profit $13.98 if I got the PS2 for free and sold it for $30. This would start me off at a $7 offer to split the profits 50-50.
If I think I will sell it quickly at closer to $40, I might offer $15 instead. If I'm low on inventory or plan to sell it for $30 in-store (and avoid the shipping costs and the eBay/PayPal fees) then I could go as high as $20.
Buying inventory at a pawnshop is a good mix of an art and a science. I hope this helps give some insight from the pawn broker's perspective!
There are much better places to purchase a Used PS2. Complete systems are available on ebay from private sellers and a PS2 might not even be accepted by a pawn shop because of it low value in used condition.
A pawn shop is a terrible place to purchase a used PS2. Pawn shops set prices higher than they will actually sell an item for and the console may have problems. a good purchase price for a PS2 is great condition is $20-25
At least $15-20
250
you can buy at walmart a pawn shop best buy and many more
Many will not take it in Pawn because of it's low used selling value and because they already have unsold out of Pawn PS2's
game stop/pawn
Ps2 is $25.000 while memory card is 56dollars
$25 it depends if its the ps2 slim i think there give you more money than the old ps2.
It depends on the game. Try going to eBay or a similar website.\ It doubtful that they would even take a PS2 in pawn let alone just a game. The value of a PS2 isn't very high and a game often sells for less than the shipping charges
about 25-30 dollars
Around 45$
Maybe $20-25
Under $20
you need an online connection to get to the wwe shop for svr 2011. but the ps2 no longer has online so really you just can't(if you have a ps2).
there is no wwe shop in ps2.Everything has to be unlocked in the game.
