What is the meaning of gaint?

The term "giant" typically refers to something that is exceptionally large in size, strength, or significance. It can describe mythical beings in folklore or literature, characterized by their enormous stature and power. Additionally, "giant" can be used metaphorically to denote a person or organization that has a substantial influence or presence in a particular field, such as a "tech giant."

What does a power polygon look like?

From what I have been able to find out (using my daughter's homework) is that "Power Polygons" are any "normal" polygon that can be combined with another "normal" polygon to form another, different looking polygon (a mega-polygon, I guess?)that you can then divide up so you can see the individual "Power Polygon" pieces. Perhaps the name "Power Polygons" is derived from the fact that these polygons have the power to create other polygons. Logically then a "Power Polygon" is, really, just any polygon, just with a new, exciting, and high tech sounding name.

Difference between hirarchical network topology and flat network topology?

● Flat: where all the interconnection equipment have the same functions. Topology is easier to implement and has a great ease of management, provided that the network does not increase, then being recommended for small networks. ● Hierarchical: In this model the topology is divided into discrete layers, and each layer is focused on a set of specific functions, allowing the choice correct equipment for each layer. A typical hierarchical topology is composed of layers of core, composed of high-tech equipment, optimized for performance and availability, distribution, where they are concentrated equipment that control the flow of information across the network and access layer, formed by equipment that provides the connections for the network users.
