You can get a good quality portable telescope for about $200
Anything from $20 up to millions of dollars. But I wouldn't buy a really cheap one as it could put you off astronomy for life! If you were going to buy one yourself, I'd get advice from someone at a local Astronomy Society.
The cost at launch in 1990 was 1.5 billion US-$.

The original total cost estimate for the Hubble Space Telescope started out at US$400 million. It eventually cost over $2.5 billion to construct. Overall, with repairs, upgrades and operating it, Hubble had cost US$10 billion as of 2010. These figures were reported by NASA in 2012. (See the references in the related links.)
The Hubble Telescope weighs 24,500 pounds.

How much a reflecting telescope will cost depends on the features that you want, and the brand that you choose. You can find them for as low as 159.00 dollars, up to 800.00 dollars.

You can get binoculars or a telescope capable of seeing Neptune for $20. The tricks are to hold it steady enough, and know where to look.
They use many types of telescopes. You can probably pick up the cheaper ones for as little as $25,000. The Hubble Space Telescope cost $1,500,000,000 ($1.5 billion) just to build.
The cost of a laser collimator depends on the type of telescope you have. One could be looking at spending anywhere between $70 and $200 on a laser collimator.
The size of a telescope depends on many factors, but mainly, on its size. For example, a telescope with a diameter (of the main lens or mirror) of 100 mm will cost much less than one with a diameter of 500 mm.
From an original estimate of about $400 million, by the time of launch it had cost $2.2 billion and by today has probably cost twice that amount.
It says 1.2 billion in this website but i'm not so sure........
