Base pay in 2010 is $10,047.00 per month.
The retirement earnings of a U.S. Air Force Lt. Colonel is based on years of service. With twenty years of service a colonel can earn $4000 a month in retirement. With 26 years of service, the colonel will make $5600 each month.
That depends which army he's in and what specialities he has.
For 2 years, it's $4666.80, more than 2 years it's $5257.20 dollars.
It depends on which army and also on his or her specialization.
The salary of a US Army colonel would be converted from US dollars to English pounds. As of 2021, a US Army colonel's salary can range from $87,000 to $143,000 per year, which would be approximately £63,000 to £104,000 in English pounds. The closest I'm finding is an 010 General. After 20 years in the service their base pay is $155,556.00 after 26 years $165,232.80
To earn one stripe, you must serve for 4 years. And for every four years after that, you tack on a stripe
There is not an average as such. The pay depends on the years of service and the grade (rank). Here is a link to the pay scale. However, since most are lower grades and less than 2 years of service the average will be skewed toward the lower grades and years of service. The lowest is E-1 with less than 2 years service at 1447 a month. But that is offset greatly by all the officers that have been in the service for a long time at the colonel level and above. There are more of those than need be. A colonel with 14 years of service is o-6 and makes 7538 a month. So let's guess the average is about 1/3 the distance between the two. Or about 3477 per month, 41724 a year.
Yes, based on rank and years of service.
In army boot camp, you can earn various medals based on your achievements and performance. Some common medals that soldiers can earn include the Army Achievement Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Good Conduct Medal. These medals are awarded for acts of valor, exceptional service, or exemplary conduct during their time in the military.
Depends on their rank/pay grade or GS rating and time in service.
