Cold air intakes are preferred amongst rsx enthusiasts because of the cold air that is being sucked into the motor. On average, about 3-14 HP can be obtained from an intake. as far as i know you cannot put both on a rsx, but if you go with a turbo i know that the stock k20 will only handle 10lbs of boost, and you will need a different intake, header, and a new fuel management system, the stock ecu will not be able to support the turbo
