I currently work for Bass Pro at the Harrisburg, PA store. I make 8.60/hour. I was also stupid and thought that if I work hard I will get a raise. WRONG!!! You need to get your money up front, don't go for less than 11.00/hour. Plus don't work here period. All but two of the managers at our store are petty and would stab you right in the back. Our store manager is probly the worst of all them. Go work for Gander Mountain, get paid the same but better discount. BPS discount 40% off our brands and 15% off everything else except guns, ammo, electronics, reels and its $100 above cost for a boat. At Gander its 25% off everything no exceptions. Plus you don't get your discount off a sale price at BPS you get which ever one is cheaper, at Gander you get your discount on top of the sale price. Hope this helps.

I worked at Bass Pro Shop as a cashier and started off at $8.00/hr. In a few months I got a 55cent raise.
