The starter kits are usually around $54.00 and include everything you need including 25 cartridges.
The 25 cartridges that the starter kits come with will last you a little bit over a week. After that new 25packs will cost you about $25.00. If $25.00 a week is too much money, you can also refill your old cartridges using the cheaper e-liquid.

A standard e-cig is designed to vaporize glycerin and cannot be used for dry products.
no
Sounds like a low battery. recharge your e-cig and if you still struggle with smoke you may need to change the filter part. You can do this buy unscrewing the bottom part of the e-cig and of course replacing it.
I think all, or at least most, of them contain propylene glycol, which can be used as antifreeze. it's also used in "fog machines".
None of them do.
An E Cigarette works like a real cigarette, because both types release nicotine, although there is debate whether an E Cig releases as much nicotine compared to a real on. There is a benefit to the E Cig though because though they make work like a real one, they do not emit the same toxic fumes and second hand smoke that a real cigarette emits.

I have never heard of anyone making juice that strong. The normal max for juice is 24mg, I would be afraid to try juice that hot.
