Follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator back to the engine. The part the hose attaches to on the engine is the thermostat housing. Drain a gallon of coolant or so and pop the hose off of the housing. The housing should be held on by two bolts. Remove any wires attached to sensors in the housing then the bolts. When the housing comes off the thermostat will be directly underneath. Always replace the thermostat gasket if there is one. If the hose is held on by the factory clamp I always replace them with a stainless steel worm clamp because they are so much easier to use. JPS.
