It all depends on the brand and establishment your drinking in. I found vodka drinks as cheap as $2. A bottle at the liquor store can run anywhere from 6US on up. That was St. Petersburg, Russia. In rural areas away from the larger cities I'm sure pricing drop somewhat.

Yes, Vodka is cheaper in most areas of Russia. Vodka usually sells for $.50 a pint while water is slightly more expensive at an average of $55-$60 per pint.
