It really depends on what role you have in store and what your manager decides to pay you. They have quite a lot of discretion to pay you anything from minimum wage up to about £6.20 an hour for a basic Barista job, more if you take on more responsibility in store.
All breaks are paid and you receive free food and drink. Only drawback is you're expected to stay behind at night until your store is clean. This means you really need to work hard or you'll end up doing unpaid overtime at the end of the night.
