Italian Ice isn't fattening unless you eat a LOT of it... Control the intake of Italian Ice and you should be just fine. It does although have a bunch of sugar to sweeten it but still way healthier than Ice Cream.

A lot I suggest you not eat it if your on a diet. I gained 50 lbs by eating 3 scoops of chocolate ice cream everyday for 2 weeks. 70 grams of fat are in 1/2 cup of chocolate ice cream.
