the good rite amount should be when ur filling up the transmission, there should be a second bolt that u need to unscrew near the top of the transmission, once u fill in the fluid look to see when the fluid start leaking out then that's how u knoe it should be good enough

I have a 1987 Toyota 4 runner...I need to replace my manual transmission fluid....and I needto replace it with Lucas Transmission fluid....how much do I need to buy?
If the Prelude is an automatic, yes, you use automatic transmission fluid. If it's a manual, there's manual transmission fluid. As much as possible, purchase the manufacturer (Honda) branded transmission fluid.
check the owners manual there is a section inside the manual saying how much of oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid ect..
~4.5 quarts in mine
In the 1993 manual transmission Mustang the capacitie is 5.6 pts.
Owner's manual.
Manual transmissions don't use transmission fluid!! They use Hypoid oil - 90 weight usually.
2.20 liters for the manual 5 cylinder 3.5 liter engine
Should be about 2 quarts.
Check your owners manual
Most but not all manual transmissions use a heavy weight oil. That is transmission oil. Most A/T use a much lighter transmission fluid, which is a highly refined oil, that is transmission fluid. You will sometines find a manual transmission which uses Trsnsmission fluid. Certain Ford Rangers is an example.
