Best Answer

The height of the loop depends on the entry speed The diameter is usually adjusted to provide 1g acceleration in the upward direction to the upside-down passengers.

Technically, if the entry speed is the variable, and you don't worry about smashing the passengers or the g-forces, the loop can be ANY size.

How does loop work?

In programming, a loop works by conditionally jumping to the start of the loop and repeating the instructions. If the condition evaluates false, execution continues to the next instruction, thus breaking out of the loop. We can also break out of a loop from within the body of the loop itself using another conditional jump which jumps out of the loop. If we jump backwards out of a loop we effectively create an intertwined loop, known as spaghetti code which is difficult to read and maintain. Structured loops help make it easier to digest the logic. In C, a jump is achieved using a goto and a label. However, structured loops using for, while and do-while statements make loops much easier to read and maintain.

Why is the teardrop elliptical loop a much better design for roller coasters than the circle loop design?

A teardrop loop helps equally distribute the forces around the loop, as you end up slowing down as you crest, so it will get tighter as it goes up. In a circular loop, there is A: Ejector airtime at the top and B: Increased, and possible dangerous, G-Forces at the bottom of the loop.

What is a nested loop in java?

A nested loop is a (inner) loop that appears in the loop body of another (outer) loop. The inner or outer loop can be any type: while, do while, or for. For example, the inner loop can be a while loop while an outer loop can be a for loop.
