Base 305 4bbl (170 hp), optional 305 TPI (215 hp) or 350 TPI (225 hp)
Depends on what engine it has...
It's an IROC Z28. They are the same thing. they were the same in between 86-69(not positive on those years). iroc stands for international race of champions. once the license to use the name expired, the iroc z28 returned to just z28.
235 HP for Z28, 240 HP for the IROC. The are the factory specs, and the engines are TPI.
The 305 "HO" was actually dropped after 1986. In '87, the base 305 TBI was rated at 170 hp, the 305 TPI was rated at 215 hp.
The 1987 Camaro Z 28 350 cubic inch engine stock horsepower is 280. The 1987 Camaro Z 28 350 cubic inch engine was the largest engine offered for that model year.
Yes, they did iroc and Z28's are a little different, but i have just a regular Z28 most iroc's a tombport as regular Z28's do not.
I don't believe the 350 was available in 1990 on the IROC, only the 305 and it had 205 horse and 285 ft lbs. of torque. its 245 horsepower in the 5.7 liter tune port injection (tpi) engines, and i believe 330 ft lbs
There was no Z28 in 1989
I changed out my heater core in a 1987 Z28 do you still need help with this? email me at MissionV19@KenTech.net Ken Willard
285
93-97 z28 camaro's have 275 stock horsepower at the crank, not RWH.
The convenience center. It is normally between the steering column and the radio pedestal under the dashboard.
