OK this answer is going to disappoint you.

2.2 kg

Mass is the same everywhere. The force would be measured in Newtons and is calculated by multiplying that 2.2 kg by gravity. On earth that gravity is 9.81 m/s2 (yes yes, some people like to go to 9.806 but really who cares).

So on earth the force is 2.2 * 9.81 = 21.582 N

but on Mars the gravity is about 38 percent of here or 0.38 * 9.81 = 3.7278 m/s2

so that the force is 2.2 * 3.7278 = 8.20 N

And I expect this will be what you wanted.

A scale would read 0.38 * 2.2 kg = 0.836 kg
