Yes, if a Nazi soldier or Waffen-SS was killed in action and received his full military honors, he would be buried with a Nazi Flag (featuring the Swastika) draped over his coffin, much like fallen American soldiers.
The Swastika armbands were worn by soldiers of the Third Reich and by members of the Hitler Youth. Both officers and enlisted men wore these armbands, as well as male civilian students.
It depends on its mint mark and condition. Please see this link for more info.

A pfennig was 1/100 of the German unit of currency
There were lots of different 1 pfennig issues during the Nazi period, mostly military notes. You would have to provide more of a description (colour, size, example text, etc) and an indication of the condition.
A pfennig was one hundredth of the German unit of currency, the DMark. Since this was replaced by the Euro, a pfennig has no currency exchange value.
The term "American Eagle" is used only for modern bullion coins. Your 1942 coin is likely a Walking Liberty half dollar, but with out a denomination, I don't know. Post new question.

About 5 dollars
The 1979 German 2 Pfennig is worth about 2 dollars depending on its condition. Some of these coins can be more valuable including the 5 Pfennig coin.
It depends on what type of armband. There is over 10 types of swastika armbands. Is it just red with a white circle and black swastika? Is there anything else? Need more details....
