I think the issue is, They could not reach the deal with the Walt Disney Company. And Music Choice lost the rights to air Radio Disney on their service.

And there will be plans for The Walt Disney Company's own home media division to re-issue approx. the first 45 of its motion pictures directly to DVD & Blu-ray Disc worldwide - 43 from the Walt Disney Classics canon and 2 from the Touchstone Pictures label - all in its own new release version forms.
