Your coin is a British 1 Penny coin. These coins are still potentially in circulation so, unless they are part of a Proof or Uncirculated mint set or are individual Proof or Uncirculated coins and in absolute mint condition, they are worth 1 Penny.
Sorry, but Canada hasn't issued a penny with a pig on it. The 1988 penny has the Queen on one side and maple leafs on the reverse. Bermuda issued a penny with a pig, so you likely ended up with one of them as your change.
If it's a regular circulation coin, face value only.If it's anything else please post a new question with more details including its denomination. Also, essentially ALL coins of the British Commonwealth have that motto on them so it's not an identifying feature.
The British Half Penny was no longer issued after 1984.
It is worth face value.
Without knowing which country it came from it's not possible to give an exchange value, but with a 1988 date it's almost certainly a common circulation coin with no extra value to a collector.
50 cents.
It's still worth five cents in Canada.
No US one cent coin struck in Philadelphia has ever had a "P" Mintmark so the coin is just a penny.
1, a silver in ladies singles at the 1988 Winter Games in Calgary.
The 1985 Dollar is worth no more than its face value unless it is professionally graded. Even at MS-63 the coin is only worth about $1.50 unless you have a Proof (153,950 Minted) in which case your coin would be worth about $7.00KM# 120.1OBV: Elizabeth II Young Bust RightREV: Voyageur above date and valueComposition: NickelWeight (g): 15.50Diameter (mm): 32.10Mintage: 3,104,092
