More than a few were made. They are only worth more than face value if they're in uncirculated condition. Clayton's, a major U.K. collectors' site lists this a retail price of £6 for this date in uncirculated condition.

The coin (KM#205) sell for around $1 on auction sites, perhaps a little more depending on the condition.
It is worth the value of it's silver content. 30 grams 0f .90 silver.
