value depends on overall condition
Lex Luger is still very much alive.
When the US army first requested a pistol in .45 ACP, Luger submitted their signature handgun modified to fire that cartridge. Only a pair of these guns are know to exist today, and they are extremely valuable - one fetched $1 million at auction in 1989.
The value depends on overall condition. If you have a P38, then you don't have a luger. They both fire the 9mm luger cartridge though.
The same value as any other luger of similar model and condition. And I have to ask- you know this how?
