If you take it to a coin dealer they are not willing to pay for it. They will consider it post mint damaged.
Your going to want to find a dealer who deals in tokens. Your best bet is to sell on eBay. We've had one in our shop for years for sale at about $3. On eBay they tend to go for that and more. Some have even sold for almost $30.
You have what is known as a Masonic Penny. The design you see on Lincoln's neck is the Mason's symbol. These generally sell for a couple dollars apiece.
