It's probably not the motor but dirt on the window and inside. Push firmly against the bottom of the window several times after cleaning it and then try to open it. It make take 5 or 10 tries. If that doesn't work you can take the panel off the door and tap on the motor with a tool to loosen up any dirt. Once you get it to open again, make sure you open it ever couple of weeks to keep it moving. Don't let Toyota tell you that it's the motor before you try this fix.

The cost isin't to great, but, the pain comes with the installation. Drilling the rivets, removing the window, removing the window regulator, then the window motor and then replacing it all back to where it was. Expect a few cuts and scrapes....

How much does it cost to replace a 2004 nissan maxima transmission and motor mounts
Most of the time it's caused by the window binding in the window channels, causing the motor to draw too much juice. Lubricate the window channels with spray silicone

It really depends on what type of vehicle you have and if just the glass needs replacing or the actual motor in the window. It can cost an average of $46 just for a new motor. You can usually do it yourself.
Depends on what is wrong with it.
