It depends greatly on the coin. Thalers (spelled a number of different ways including taler, tallar, dalar, etc.) were used for many years in Germanic/Austrian countries.
The most common, and indeed the only one that has been minted continually, would be the Maria Theresa Thaler dated 1780. Such coins have been made from 1780-today with the 1780 day and so they don't have much collector value for modern specimens (although there are people who collect them by micro-variety). Such coins are ~83.3% pure silver and trade close to silver melt about $20-30 depending on the spot price of silver.
However, there are a multitude of different other thalers, many with MUCH higher prices, although the exact price depends on the type/date of the coin and the condition.

Depends on the size of the bar. There is no "standard" size of a silver bar, there are silver bars ranging anywhere from 1 gram to bars to many hundred kilograms. The most common size is 1 troy ounce which is worth ~$31 at current silver prices.
It's not a real Morgan silver dollar. It's a modern bullion piece (as indicated by the ".999 fine silver") that copies the Morgan design. The good news is that depending on the amount of silver it contains, it could be worth more than the melt value of a real Morgan. Morgan dollars contained about 0.77 oz. of pure silver, so if your piece is 1 oz it's worth about 1/3 more at melt. Of course, a real Morgan could also be worth MUCH more as a collectible depending on its date and mint mark, too!
Probably not much more than a penny, because it's most likely just electroplated. These sorts of coins are novelties. Wrong!! That kinda penny is probally worth 1 or two bucks?
The US never made silver pennies. You coin is only silver plated. It is worth 1 or 2 cents.
