A genuine 1895-CC dollar could not exist because the Carson City mint closed in 1893, as a quick search of the Carson City website will tell you.
Please check your coin again. Two possibilities are that it is an 1885-CC or 1895-O dollar that cannot be read clearly. In either case it is possibly genuine. You'll need to have it appraised in person; its retail value could be in the range of $250 to $600 depending on condition.
If the date is truly 1895-CC, your coin is counterfeit. During the last couple of decades the market has been flooded with fakes, some with impossible dates and mint marks.
If you don't see mint mark, it's probably Philadelphia mint (blank mark).
