I am a collector of many coins, I do keep these too because you don't see them a lot. I have to say that they aren't worth much more than face value. If you had a large quantity of them, you could probably sell them for $1.10 each to somebody. But, none the less, keep them and start collecting other coins ... It's fun for me in between work and other hobbies :) I've hung onto a few well-struck specimens from each mint just to keep my collection current, but have simply spent the rest. So many were struck that as noted they're really not worth anything extra and it's unlikely they will appreciate much in the next few decades.
