It is $10 or $15 each month. A single month costs $15, and will be charged every month on the date you started it (ex: June 10th, July 10th, August 10th).
The "three month" package costs $30, therefore $10 a month, and will be charged every 3 months on the date you started (ex: January 1st, April 1st, etc.)

∙ 12y agoLOTRO (Lord of the Rings Online) is now Free to Play, you can both register an account and Download for free.
There is, though, a VIP which unlocks a large amount of things, and costs 15 dollars if you pay once a month, and 10 dollars a month if you pay every 3 months. You can find more price options on their website.
These items that is unlocked can be unlocked using Turbine Points, though, which can be obtained through buying or playing the game.
