It all depends on whether they play professionally or not, what league they play in, what club they play for, their experience, how good they are and also how valuable they are to the club... For Example, someone like Artur Boruc who plays for Bournemouth in the FL Championship would get payed more then near enough all the other GK's in the league because he is very experienced and he is good, However, he will get payed nothing compared to Manuel Neuer for FC Bayern Munich (one of the biggest clubs in the world) because Neuer is arguably the best keeper ever/in the world, he is very, very talented and is also very well experienced (World Cup winning GK, won a lot of league titles, cups and trophies in general. So, Basically, there is no set wage, it all depends on how good and valuable you are like I said before.

A debt repayment calculator shows how much money you can save by paying extra on your debt each month. Any extra money you put on your payment each month reduces the principle. By paying just a little extra each month, you can reduce the principle faster. This reduces the amount of interest you will owe in the coming months. Plugging in different amounts will help you see how much money you can save and must quicker your debt will be paid.
The same way you would save for anything. Put as much money aside each payday as you can afford to live without and save it until you have enough.
You should save enough so that eventually you have 8 months' salary in a savings account.

The answer depends on how much they want to save. Without that information, the question is pointless.
