There is no possible way of knowing how much you would make as a mercenary. You get hired by different people for different jobs and come to a negotiation with your employer on what price you will be charged. There is no set amount, as in "A mercenary makes so much every year." No, you get whatever work you can find, doing any jobs possible, for whoever will hire you. It all depends on your skills, your reccomendation (because you can hardly advertise in the yellow pages), and how much you'll charge/how much your employer is willing to pay.
