well as a good comparison, I just shot 4-of the 2mg dilaudids and it is comparable to shotting a 60 or 80mg Morphine. Trust me on this one I normally shoot morphine 60mg but i couldn't find any so then i looked around and found some dilaudids instead and i would definitely say 7-8mg of dilaudids is very comparable to a 60 mg morphine. dilaudids are approximately 7.5 times stronger in mg comparison so 7.5 mg of morphine is about 1 mg of dilaudids.
