We have no measurable evidence that Einstein used any more or less of his brain than anyone else - although what he did with his brain is certainly impressive.

It is an often repeated bit of urban folklore that most people only use about 10% of their brain. Although there's no definitive culprit to pin the blame on for starting this legend, the notion has been linked to the American psychologist and author William James, who argued in The Energies of Men that "We are making use of only a small part of our possible mental and physical resources."
