Sugar and water is known as a syrup, a light syrup has a small amount of sugar, a heavy syrup has much more sugar.
SNowcone machines simply aren't that profitable in general. You only make significant money if you have a very busy location in a warm climate, like near a popular beach. Paragon makes a nice mobile snowcone machine and Nostalgia Electric makes them for concession stands. At best they would only be suitable for adding sales to other lines of products.
