This answer all depends on the boy himself. Not all boys hit when they are twelve years of age. Some boys hit puberty earlier, and some later. When a boy is going through puberty, and has started to produce sperm, day and night, around the clock, the testicles constantly produce sperm. Therefore it is also extremely hard to get an accurate count.
