Grace is incorrect, as it is merely part of a theological virtue. Specifically, the virtue of "Charity," and the question is by all means as clear as I, and most likely the asker, believe it should be. For the second contributor, the virtue is indeed theological. The theological virtue "that empowers us to love God and to give God first place in your lives" is none other than the the virtue of FAITH.
