Yes, you can bring tobacco products back in the country so long as it is only a certain amount and it is in your stow away and not your carry on. What do you mean by stow away and what's the difference between that and a carry on and how much is a certain amount? I smoke hand rolling tobacco for example Cutters Choice 50g how much would of that would I be able to bring back with me
Although Bulgaria is a member of the EU their tobacco duty is not yet fully harmonised with eu levels. Therefore at present, assuming you are from the UK, you cannot bring back the full EU quota ( a vague 'reasonable amount for personal consumption') I believe it is still only 200 cigarettes from Bulgaria but best to check at time of travel.
you are allowed only 5x50gram packs
90oo tones of tobaco

UK Duty Free Tobacco allowances from Non EU countries. You can bring in one from the following list:200 cigarettes100 cigarillos50 cigars250g of tobaccoOr you can combine these allowances. For example, if you bring in 100 cigarettes (half your full allowance) you can also bring in 25 cigars (half your full allowance). This would make up your full tobacco allowance. You can't go over your total tobacco allowance. If you wish to bring in more tobacco than this you MUST declare it to customs on entry and be prepared to pay the required duty on all tobacco you have.
