Since you are likely asking about the mistakenly held belief that vinegar will flush illegal substances from your system, you should know that these stories are myths. You may attempt to flush your system with water, alcohol, vinegar, or any of the various commercial products intended for this purpose, but you will be wasting time and money. The only thing that will "flush" illegal substance from your body is time. And, that time is approximately thirty days.

Well, science being science, if you were to drink roughly one to two gallons a day for about thirty days, your system would be clear of most detectable traces of most illegal drugs. However, the results of imbibing such a quantity of acetic acid might not be very enjoyable.
By contrast, if you did nothing, especially the illegal drugs, for the same thirty days, the same result would occur.
There is nothing you can do to purge your system of the foolish mistake of using illegal substances. If you know that you have to drop, why would you choose to use in the first place? Spin the wheel and take your chances like every other addict out there. Or, do the crime, do the time.
It's time to grow up and face the consequences of your actions.

According to the Bragg's website, it is recommended that an individual take the ACV cocktail three times a day for maximum results. The cocktail consists of 1 to 2 tsps. organic raw ACV mixed with 1 to 2 tsps. raw honey in a glass of distilled water.
