just remember mice are small creatures so they dont need that much water
if you have a bottle for your mouse then maybe fill it up about a quarter of the bottle (depending on how big it is i would recomend you fill it up a quarter if the bottle is medium size) but if you have a water bowl for your mouse then fill it up just under half the bowl also put a piece of plastic / wood that is safe for your pet such as a toy, in the bowl just in case the mouse falls in the bowl and it could drown :( MAKE SURE ALL MATERIALS USED IN THE CAGE ARE SAFE FOR MICE!!

It depends on the kind of cat. Some cats enjoy water and swim in it, but most others are known to hate water entirely. As for the elephant and the mouse, no clue
